Brett was raised in a
family with extensive real estate experience and possesses a remarkable

Having grown up in Weston, Brett cannot imagine a better place to raise
a family than Fairfield County. After receiving a doctorate in
naturopathic medicine in Oregon, Brett returned to Connecticut with his
wife and two children. While his professional background may not be

field. A keen and compassionate listener, Brett quickly understands his

In 2004, Justine plunged into a career in real estate after nearly a
decade of financial experience on Wall Street and receiving her MBA.
Justine brings marketing savvy, technological skills and high energy to
all she does as a key player in the local brokerage scene. Believing
the most important investments are in real estate, Justine left a
deadline-driven financial career in New York City to establish a
vibrant life and family business in Connecticut.
From the outset, Justine proved to be indispensable to her clients. She

Sue considers herself fortunate to live in the beautiful Fairfield
County community. Having raised five children in the area, she has had
the opportunity to thoroughly experience all that makes the region such

Jim grew up in Fairfield County and graduated from the University of
Connecticut. He served 10 years as a commissioned officer in the
military which ended after Dessert Storm. He received an honorable
discharge and retired as a decorated veteran. Jim has extensive
knowledge and experience in construction, remodeling, staging, and
renovations. In addition to his thriving real estate practice, for
which he has continuously received honors as a top producer, he has
been a successful entrepreneur in the area for years with endeavors
including a wholesale distribution business and fitness center. Jim and

Enthusiasm, patience and a “can-do” attitude in resolving
her clients’ real estate needs make Ginny Moffitt a trusted
member of the Realtor community. Always an award-winner, Ginny is known
for building strong relationships and providing extra value to her

real estate, Ms. Moffitt also enjoys the excitement of working with

(National Council of Interior Design Qualification) enabling her to

Ginny began her professional career as an International Flight
Attendant with Pan Am, where she learned the importance of providing
only the finest customer service early on. In addition, she has worked
as a manager and director of relocation for a nationwide real estate
brokerage firm.
Ginny is serving her fourth, four-year term as a Deacon at Southport
Congregational Church. She has chaired the church’s Progressive
Dinner, served on the Board of Missions in support of Emerge (a
women’s shelter) and on the church’s annual mission
fundraiser, Rooms with a View. She is a former Finance Chair for the
League of Women Voters.
